Gayle’s been building stories, brands, and relationships for decades, long before UpHill was officially born. Her parents once called her “motor mouth” and said she’d never met a stranger. Turns out, that’s a pretty great starting point for someone whose entire career has been built on connection.

With deep roots in Albertville and big-market experience from Tampa, Gayle brings a unique blend of heart and hustle to every project. She’s led campaigns, built brands, coached teams, and helped businesses grow, not by shouting the loudest, but by finding the right message and telling it well.

Her approach is strategy-first, people-always. Whether she’s developing a full brand identity, writing copy that actually converts, or helping your team find its voice, Gayle’s here to guide the climb. One smart, intentional step at a time.

Ask her what she’s most proud of, and it probably won’t be a campaign. It’ll be her two sons: one climbing literal mountains, the other learning to feed and speak to an entirely new culture. The UpHill name might be a play on her own, but the philosophy behind it, work hard, be fair, and keep your promises, is from her dad. He believed in doing good work at a fair price, and so does she.
